  • What are your bins made of? (material content to be clarified)
  • What is your return policy? Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order. Email your request to return to info@sulo.com.au including your order number. Please note, you will be responsible for the return of the stock which must be deemed in new, sellable condition. Credit Card fee and freight charges will not be refunded.
  • Do you manufacture other colours not available online? Yes, Custom colours are available. Minimum order quantity will apply. Please email info@sulo.com.au for further information.
  • My Council bin needs repairing, who do I Contact? Please contact your local council.
  • Do I need to order hinge pins when I order a Lid? Yes, Hinge Pins are sold separately.
  • I have made payment through bank deposit but I have not received confirmation or delivery? email remittance and Sulo Online order number to info@sulo.com.au and our team will get back to you within 24 hours with an update.
  • How Do I know what size bin I have? refer to dimension link and what size is noted on your Sulo bin
  • Do Sulo spare parts fit other manufacturers bins? Yes but we cannot guarantee. Refer to our dimensions
  • How do I arrange to pick up my order? Despatch will contact you when your order is ready to be collected. Refer to our picking up / site information
  • Can I chose a colour when purchasing a Factory Over run Bin? No, there is no colour choice for Factory Over run bins, only what is available at the time of despatch.
  • What is a Factory Over Run Bin? These Wheelie Bins are fit for purpose and are in near new condition, slight imperfections may be present.
  • Can I customise the bin myself? Any customisations done will void your warranty.
